Easy Gift Idea.....Photo Collage

This past weekend, our kids finally got to visit one set of their god parents (each have 3 sets). Since they did not get to see them at all in 2012 I pondered what to give them....then I looked down at my craft table & saw tons of pictures. The best gift would be pictures from various times in 2012.

So, I found a 11X14 frame that I had been hoarding  saving for this perfect gift. 

On the back I journaled about each picture & where/when the picture was taken. 

I may do this for other family members who we don't get to see often.

"Oh Baby"...About a Boy Challenge

Welcome back to About A Boy Challenge Blog's mid month challenge

Since the weekend has begun, I thought I'd share just 2

I'm embracing my new hair color...(no more gray)!!!

& I'm starting phase one of organizing my dressing room/closets.

Now, I need to begin removing price tags hanging up all of my purchases so that I can shop in my own dressing room. I hope to have 90% of it done by Sunday.

Tuesday Toot!!

This past weekend has been somber..as I'm dealing with death in my family.

But as I went thru emails...

I was presently surprised to find out that I was selected to be a

 part of the Nuts About Sketches Design TEAM!

I thank Shawn Lahr for selecting me as I just LOVE sketches to create with!

Hopefully, I will get alot of creating done to get my mind into a happy place.

BTW today is National Pancake Cake Day at IHOP.

Everyone can get unlimited short stack of pancakes. They are requesting a donation instead for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. I definitely will try to stop there today.
