June 7th Week in Review....

Monday- Had a wonderful time with the lady who makes the"best spanish rice & who got me interested in scrapbooking" & a old friend visiting from Georgia. It was just like old times...without alcohol...LOL!

Tuesday- My Lakers "WON"!!!! now the series is 2-1. Yes, I know there are alot of haters out their...but I am not a Kobe Bryant fan....I'm a Phil Jackson FAN!!! I loved Chicago when he was the coach there.

Anyway Lakers "ALL DAY"!

Wednesday- My (Our) baby girl GRADUATED....from KIndergarten!! What a wonderful time I had watching her sing, give her speech & accept her Kindergarten completion Certificate. What a proud Mommy moment I had.

Thursday- Spent the evening at the pool....I had one leg in,

"So does that count for actually getting in"?? Then hubbie &

 I watched the Celtics tie the series 2-2 :(  Now, Lakers must win the next 2 games!!!

Happy Friday!!! Today I'm working on my Friday

off so that I can be off the next 3 Fridays!!!

Just my Stuff.....

On my Mind.....

• Was that the best ever? I maybe have to find out :)
• Do I really need the I Pad? or a MAC...do I want it cause I do?
• Did I really need to buy more scrapbook stuff at Michael's? or Photoscrap on Friday? When do I have enough supplies???
• Can't believe the Clearnace sale at Fashion Bug....did I leave anything else for others to buy?
• Went to WW but could not weight in cause I did not bring socks to step onto the scale & I did not want to put my feet on their dirty scale. Yuck
• Did I pay $45 for a pedicure ??? What happpen to $20?
• Bought lunch for a guy who works with my hubbie...how did hubbie find out before I even paid for the food in the drive thru....WTH. He sent a text to hubbie before I could...LOL!
• Why did my daughter who is six explain to me what "cheating means"....
• Why did people dive into the boxes at Old Navy for the $1.00 flip flops when they normally are $3.00 each?
• Hubbie went to the grocery store and bought dinner for 2 days....1st time in 8 years LOL!
• Looking for a home is a hard process....can't wait until the search is over!
• Need a new camera or maybe need to read the instructions for the one I have SMH!
• Need a vacation every week....even though I'm off work on Fridays....
• Did I take the wine out of the freezer last night....maybe had too much :)
• Hope to see some friends this weekend...& hope I don't see those who are'nt.
• Why does everyone get excited when the Blue Angels fly during Comission Week at the Naval Academy??? It means TRAFFIC for us Annapolitians!
• Sure could use a large Dunkin Donuts coffee; but would people look at me drinking it while it is 95 degrees outside :)

Whoo Hoo!!! Fantastic Mail DAY!

Today, I happen to get a knock at my door & it happened to be the mail lady. She had a large package for me! I'm soo glad that I did not go to my LSS (local scrapbook store) this morning; cause I got alot of scrapbooking goodies. I participated in the Mother's Day 2010 North Carolina Mocha Scrapper's Swap over at Mocha Scrappers. Sonya B outdid herself with my "scrapbook goodies".

My goodies were complete with my favorite candies, a gift card for my favorite coffee & a beautiful bookmark with a butterfly. Sonya B. is the best~! She even gave me "Soul Purpose" pomegrante mango shea butter balm & jackfruit body custard. They smell fabulous.
This package is right on time for me to spend my Mother's Day weekend doing something I enjoy...Scrapbooking.

So, I've had some free time today and thought I'd particpate in a few challenges. I saw this challenge on Queen Kat's Blog....I'd love to win this Blog Candy.

It's May already....

How did April go by sooo fast?? I've been busy the last 2 weeks. This is a run down:
*I finally met Queen Kat. She was a joy to talk to. Can't wait to scrapbook with her (hint hint).
*Kyle celebrated his 10th Birthday on April 29th. He enjoyed playing with his friends and opening his gifts....especially his Tony Hawk skateboard.

*On April 30th; Kyle brought home his report card  & he made the 4th Grade Honor for the 3rd time. Also, Kassie received a Perfect Attendance for Kindergarten. We rewarded both of them by taking them shopping and then an outing at a local Carnival.

*On May 1st (National Scrapbook Day) I had too many things to do and was unable to scrapbook with friends.


*One thing that I did get was a tattoo. It has been 15 years since my last one. I've always loved butterflies...so now I can cross this off of my "Bucket List".

*Some friends of mine came down from PA and we spent Saturday evening at the Inner Harbor. PF Changs & Mustang Alleys will never be the same. Can't wait for the next "girls night out"!
